I love the idea of blogging! I love that I can have an online journal for everyone to read about. A little about myself- I am a 23 year old mommy to a beautiful 5 year old, (Bre)! I became her mommy not to long ago though, when I married her Daddy Ismael (Izzy)! Step-parenting can be hard, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. God blessed my husband & I with a beautiful baby boy (Aiden) who is almost 17 months old now! They both keep me pretty busy, however we don't get to see Bre everyday. She is mostly with her biological mom, during the week & every other weekend. We get to see her on thursday evenings for two  hours & every other weekend. We are currently planning another baby, so updates will be posted on that.

How I met my wonderful husband-
I use to work for an apartment complex, I was the leasing consultant. This handsome man would come in once a month, and that is the only time I would see him-when he was paying his rent. After lots & lots of flirting, I asked him what his story was because I had never really seen him on property. His story went like this: he married this woman, they conceived a baby very quickly, some details I can't discole & a little after the baby (Bre) was here, things ended. He wanted to make sure his daughter was in a safe enviorment, so he paid the rent. I thought that was remarkable! There are a lot of dads like this... BUT there are a lot who are not. Shortly after, we started dating. I got pregnant, and our son was born. Shortly after we got pregnant. I did not want to get married right away because, I wanted my husband to be sure, I wanted him to marry me for me; not because he felt stuck, or because of the baby. The way my life has panned out, is exactly how I wanted it to, and how God has created it to.
