I have been making an effort to visit the gym every other day. My body is starting to ache, but that's good. That means that it is working. I stopped by a personal training headquarters today & learned that my body fat percentage is 18. Apparently the normal range is 16-20 for women. That makes me feel better that I did. The trainer also said that I am in pretty good shape, I just need to lose about 2-3 pounds of fat, and turn it into muscle. My goal is to do that on my own. That doesn't sound that hard. I just wonder why I haven't yet, I know I don't go to the gym regularly. I should. I am going to make a committment to go every other day until I can see some results. On my off days, I will jump rope. I learned that jump roping for ten minutes burns about 100 calories. That is amazing! :)
